Multi-therapy Q.Lights
In the pages above we have presented a range of specialised Q.Light models using polarised light from different parts of the visible and near infra-red spectrum to treat a wide range of medical and cosmetic conditions.

These are practical and effective models for wound care nurses, physiotherapists or dermatologists etc and for people at home with specific problems such as diabetic or venous ulcers, psoriasis or acne.
If you or your family want to treat several different conditions though, such as diabetic ulcers, arthritis and eczema or muscle strains, acne and cellulite then there is no need to buy three different Q.Lights. Multi-therapy models Q.Light Skin Care and Q.Light PRO will both treat all these conditions and more through a shared range of interchangeable filter modules.
Q.Light Skin Care

Take a look through the pages above showing the range of different treatments offered by the specialised Q.Light models. Then think of them all combined into one unit and you have Q.Light Skin Care.
It has the same power and treatment diameter as each of the specialised units and the same simple on/off control.
The special patented light source emits the full light spectrum from visible violet light (but no ultra violet) through to near infra-red and this is then filtered by whichever optional filter module you insert, before being polarised and delivered for treatment.

Polarisation is a key step since polarised light is better able to penetrate the skin than unpolarised light and so reach the skin cells and fine blood capillaries where biostimulation and photomodulation can occur. All Q.Light medical models contain polarisation filters as the final stage in light processing.

Why is it called 'Skin Care'?
The name Skin Care was chosen because this model is particularly attractive to cosmetic professionals who require a fully flexible model but do not need the extra features of Q.Light PRO (below) that medical professionals appreciate. Despite the name, Q.Light Skin Care offers the complete range of Q.Light medical treatments.
